Q: What credit cards do you accept as forms of payment?
A: The Palm Beach Masters Series Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?
A: Yes. Online security is our highest priority. Our web store is specifically designed to be safe so you can feel comfortable using your credit card via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Q: Can I place an order by phone or mail? 

A: If you would like to order by phone, or need more information, please call 1-716-858-5259, from 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. You may also mail your order, money order made payable to 1-716-858-5259, to the following address:

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not be filled until the next business day. 

Shipping Charges –

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on address and weight of item.

Domestic Orders only available currently.

All Shipping times are based on business days. No shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday, or nationally recognized holidays. All APO and FPO orders must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Packages cannot be tracked and delivery cannot be guaranteed. The Palm Beach Masters Series are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The Palm Beach Masters Series cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.


Q: What is the return policy? How do I return or exchange an item?
A: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All returns must be done so within 30 days of purchase. For more details please visit our Return Policy page.

Q: Do you provide a tracking number for my order?
A: We provide online tracking through FedEx. When you place an order, we will ask you for a valid e-mail address. At the time of shipment, an e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number. Select the Track Order button to link to FedEx to track your package.

Refund Policy

Tickets and table sales are not eligible for refunds.

Canceled Events

If you ordered your tickets online or over the phone, we have you covered! No additional action is needed and you won’t need to reach out to us.

  1. You will be notified that the event is canceled
  2. Your refund will be delivered within 30 days after we learn the event has been canceled.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

When events are postponed or rescheduled, you will be notified that the event postponed or rescheduled.

  • You will be contacted via phone or email with the new event information as soon as we are updated
  • Unless notified otherwise, your tickets will be valid for the new event date

Return Policy

For Returns or Exchange all items must be received in their original unworn and unused condition.

Domestic Orders:
1. Please include a letter with: the order number, purchaser’s full name, a contact name/number, and a reason for the return/exchange. If exchanging Palm Beach Masters Series Merchandise, please specify which new Buffalo Bills product(s) you would like to exchange for, including style and size of product(s).

2. If you are returning a gift, please tell us the name and address of the person who purchased the Palm Beach Masters Series merchandise. (Providing this information will keep your return confidential).

3. Your Palm Beach Masters Series return/exchange will be processed as follows:
Items must be returned/exchanged to the Palm Beach Masters Series Shop within 30 days of purchase.

To receive either an exchange or refund, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. Items deemed worn, used, dirty, or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued.

• Within 30 days with receipt – exchange or refund by same payment method.
• Within 30 days without receipt – exchange only at Palm Beach Masters Series or www.PalmBeach at the current product price only.
• No returns accepted after 30 days from shipping date.

4. A $5.99 shipping charge will be applied to your reshipped package for all exchanges. If the Palm Beach Masters Series Store is responsible for an error or if it is a defective product, you will not be charged the reshipping fee. Please include a telephone number, so we may contact you to process the reshipping fee.

5. Product(s) may be returned in the method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns.

NOTE: In the event that there is an error in your order that is our responsibility, we will send you the replacement item along with a prepaid return label. Be advised that if we do not receive the mistaken item back after 30 days, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method the price of that item.

Returns in person are accepted during the Palm Beach Masters Series events.

• Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your Palm Beach Masters Series return/exchange.
• No refund will be issued for shipping and handling.
