Boutique Vendors

The Palm Beach Masters Series is proud to feature boutique vendors. Competitors and spectators are invited to shop the showgrounds during each event.

  • Fees Include: tent space with side curtain and flooring. Electric included.

    Space allocations will be at the sole discretion of the organizer. For information contact Matt Morrissey at matt@mmg.management.

    Sponsorship Designations: Official Vendor Sponsor of the Palm Beach Masters Series

    On-site Activation: Daily public address announcements · One (1) 10’ x 10’ premium vendor location
    Two (2) 3’ x 8’ signage boards on the venue grounds (signage to be provided by the sponsor)
    Corporate Identification · Logo recognition on the event webpage; on the event video board; on the Official Program Sponsor Page

    Advertising: One (1) half-page, four-color ad in the event Program


    Palm Beach Open Vendor Set up: March 21, 2018 (Wednesday prior to the event; check in 8AM – 5PM)

    Palm Beach Open Vendor Tear down: March 25 and 26, 2018 (Must wait until completion of show on Sunday)

    Certificate of Insurance: All vendors will be required to have a certificate of insurance (Acord Form #25-S) showing that the coverage is in effect from set up to tear down. The following are named as Specially Designated Additional Insured: Solar Sportsystems, Inc., Palm Beach Masters Horse Show, Inc., Jeremy M. Jacobs and Margaret D. Jacobs, Delaware North Companies, Inc, and their respective officers, directors, owners, successors, assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates.
